Khandelwal Academy works in a transparent manner. Our refund policy ensures that all refunds are processed fairly and consistently. We understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to handling every refund request with care and respect.

Important: In the case where a student expresses their intention to not attend the course and wishes to withdraw their admission, a formal written application must be submitted as detailed below.

Section 01

How to Apply for a Refund

To initiate a refund, a Refund Application / Grievance Letter must be submitted stating the reason for seeking the refund. This letter must be from the Parent or Guardian (along with their relationship to the student).

The letter must clearly state the reason for seeking the refund and be signed by the Parent or Guardian along with their relationship to the student.

Submit In-Person or Via Email

Submit the letter at the branch / centre in person, or send it via email to the address below. Both methods are accepted.

Date of Submission is Recorded

The date of submission (in-person) or the date of the email will be used for the purpose of calculating the refund amount.

Refund Processed to Savings Account

Once processed, the refund will be credited only to a Savings Bank Account. No other account type will be accepted.

Date of Application & Calculation

The refund amount is calculated based on the date the formal refund application is received by us โ€” either the date of in-person submission at the branch/centre, or the date of the email for applications submitted electronically.

It is therefore important to submit your application at the earliest opportunity to ensure the refund amount is calculated accurately and fairly.

Refund Account Requirements

The refund will be processed only to a Savings Bank Account. Refunds will not be processed to current accounts, wallets, UPI accounts, or any other account type.

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete bank details โ€” including account number, IFSC code, and account holder name โ€” at the time of submitting your refund application to avoid any delays.
